I just did a quick google search, and Adobe’s website for photoshop elements 8 (or above) certainly does have the clipping mask abtitiy/funclion. They might even have it before the eighth edition, but certainly as of the eighth.There are ways to work around clipping masks, but it definitely makes things easier to have them.
